A joint initiative by TSAVA and Chi Türkiye
Organised in collaboration with TSAVA and Chi Türkiye, the “A Stronger Perspective on Clinical Practice: Campus Tour” introduced veterinary students to current approaches in integrative veterinary medicine.
Prof. Mushtaq Memon, visiting Türkiye from the United States, shared his knowledge and experience with students, discussing the role of integrative medicine in veterinary practice, the contributions of different treatment modalities to clinical practice and new perspectives shaping the future of veterinary medicine.
The campus tour visited Aydın Adnan Menderes University Faculty of Veterinary Medicine on 18 May; Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Veterinary Medicine on 20 May; Ankara University Faculty of Veterinary Medicine as part of its Career and Industry Networking Days on 21 May; and Bursa Uludağ University Faculty of Veterinary Medicine on 22 May 2026.
Reaching four universities in four cities, the initiative enabled students to engage directly with an international scientist and to approach clinical applications from a broader perspective. The tour once again demonstrated the importance of sharing scientific knowledge within the faculties where the veterinary professionals of the future are trained.
